Mandy leaves and banana leaves

It was Mandy's last day in Penang before flying back to Hong Kong in the evening. We started with one of my favourite lunches, banana leaf rice. She loved it!

We walked around Georgetown some more and found a little alleyway with old shoes and kitchen equipment being reused as plant pots. We had room for a few more snacks but couldn't manage dinner before she left. It was great having a friend visit me.
