Camping day 6

Fell asleep and missed the fireworks at midnight! Although this really isn't a big surprise for me.

Up early and trekked to Hawera for some McDonald's for breakfast followed by a play at the park for the kids. Lauren found an old school rocking horse that is renouned for breaking noses, and smashing teeth and chins (not for us today thanks).

By the time we got back to camp the rain had set in and tempers were shortening so a quiet inside day was on the cards (we played those too). Weather not looking crash hot for tomorrow either so a bit of a miserable end to our holiday
