Lake Hayes

Happy New Year to all my blip friends!
I'm sorry I have been rather inactive on blip recently but will try to catch up a bit now :-)
Yesterday, we came back to New Zealand to stay with our daughter and her husband and our little 2 year old grandson. We came via Dubai and then did the newish 16 hour flight from Dubai to Auckland which I must say was quite hard. Then we had to fly for 2 hours down to Queenstown where we'll be for a few days. We slept really well last night and had a lovely walk this morning round Lake Hayes. It was  lovely and sunny so we really felt better after that. We're loving being with our grandson who really remembers us as we Face time once or twice every week.
