Half a dozen

Six long-tailed tits came to feed outside the kitchen window today. My son told me that he had started to notice all the birds in their Cheshire garden since they had been down here for Christmas. (Of course, now that they have no cat .......). 
Milder today, no fog, no wind, so decided to scrape, brush and hose down some rather slippery places outside in the garden, hopefully using up a few calories and getting some fresh air at the same time!
Just about to open a bottle of fizz and prepare a few nibbles before midnight!!  Happy New Year blippers!
I have uploaded a few blips this evening, as it has been a busy couple of months, and I had a few gaps to fill. So I can start the new year feeling up to date - and with no gaps!!
