Millionaire's Shortbread

Not what I had planned for today's blip, however Mr P is feeling awful, so we are having a quiet day and an early night.

Mrs W and I usually have a day baking at Christmas baking, but her oven is broken and we just haven't quite got there. This afternoon I made Millionaire's Shortbread on my own - a first and definitely not the same. My blip is melting the chocolate using my Granny's bashed old tablespoon.
