Old Basing - River Lodder

After a day doing absolutely nothing yesterday, we decided we really needed some fresh air, so (eventually) got in the car and headed down the M3 to Basingstoke for some retail theraphy (I know - not really "fresh" air), before heading into Old Basing and parking up by the River Lodder. 

Leaving Mum to her own devices, I walked along the river toward Basing House.  This is the view walking back along the river, with the late afternoon sun.
