Hogmanay
Last year at this time we were not sure if Blipfoto would continue but thanks to the famous four it has survived.
A quiet start to the year. In February we went down to East Kilbride as we had Croft business to do and ticket to see Strickly Come Dancing at the Hydro. Unfortunately we both caught a cold and didn't feel well so came home early.
March saw the start of some decorating in the bathroom and I continued into the bedroom. In July my brother and his wife ( Skyegirl) arrived for a couple of days so it was nice to see them and we did a bit of touring about.
The summer was mainly taken up in the garden as we had some good weather and I was able to get on with a few jobs I have been meaning to do. a good year for the garden.
TC's sister came at the end of July for a few days.
October saw us both at the hospital in Inverness, TC for a scan and me for an endoscope. My problem is gallstones but TC's is much more serious and is the start of many visit to the hospital.
December saw us going to London for TC to get a special scan.
He is now on treatment and hoping it will all work but it will take some time before we know.
The village saw two deaths this year.
We are all keeping positive and looking forward to 2017.
Happy New Year to all the Blippers.
