Happy New Year

A cold and mostly foggy day. Apparently a storm is on the way and the usual New Year's Day Firework Display in Cromer has been postponed as northerly gales are expected.
I would say that's the least of it...what with Donald Trump waiting in the wings across the Atlantic, and the Conservative government in the UK choking off our public services while hamfistedly  negotiating our  exit from the European Union. As democracy crumbles and multinationals take over the world, it is time for a rethink.

Meanwhile I appreciate the warmth and creativity of the Blipfoto community and the positive energy which helps to keep us all afloat in an uncertain world. A little co-operative oasis in the midst of a greedy and competitive system is worth celebrating.
