From me to you.

I went to the gym this morning, and afterwards walked to town. I went into  Boots to get some beard oil for J, in the hope that it will make his beard a bit softer than a yard brush. I read about it in one of my  magazines, and mentioned  it to him. Talk about making a rod for my own back. Anyway, job done, and he was happy with my choice. Our evening meal is going to be steak, mushrooms, onion rings and chips, and a dearer than usual,  bottle of red  wine. As you can guess, we are staying in tonight, and I am so glad that  we are.
