Fog

This was the scene that greeted me as I left work. It has lingered for a day or two around here and being a city boy, I can't remember such a sustained spell of fog.

It was another day that started early and I can't deny that I'm looking forward to a lie in tomorrow morning. Today marks the start of trying to get back into a normal lifestyle following the Christmas festivities. For me, this means trying to do the jobs I've been putting off for so long and organising and cleaning my home. Hopefully there will be positive news on this come Tuesday when life really does return to normality
