.....................or better known to us mere mortals a the "China Aster - a very showy half hardy annual. Colours can be Red, Pink, White or Blue. Personally, I find most of them a little gaudy for my taste but when I saw this one, I rather liked it. It is white turning to yellow in the centre and there is a hint of mauve to the petals which is nice.

Well the sun is still shining here and am wondering if it will continue over the Bank Holiday weekend - lets hope so.
