Foggy day

Mist and fog all day.  It was supposed to clear by lunchtime and the sun come out, but this was the closest we came to seeing it.

This is what the day looked like down in the watermeadows.  All the livestock seems to have been removed from the Wildlife Trust's land over Christmas, perhaps the thought of all those excitable dogs and children.

Apart from this I haven't done a lot today.  A trip to the chemist, emailing friends, reading and snoozing.  It felt wonderfully lazy.  2017?  Pah, that can wait!
