Bittersweet

When I looked out my bedroom window this morning, I noticed for the first time a maple leaf that's turning. Just this one. It's always sad to see summer come to an end -- summer seems to pass faster and faster every year -- but i must admit this is really my favorite part of summer with the cool nights and crisp mornings.
