The esteemed Hugh Phillips

Someone has given him a tinsel crown. 

I'm not sure how this esteemed consultant orthopaedic surgeon (and one time President of the Royal College of Surgeons) would feel about his head adornment.  But I see in his obituary from the Independent that he "had a great sense of the ridiculous", so perhaps he would approve
