Which Woodpecker?

I can't decide if this is a Downy or a Hairy Woodpecker.  The size seemed more like a Downy, but perhaps the bill is a Hairy.  Oh well, the important point to me today is that I captured the photo while inside my new camouflage hood that fits over my camera and tripod.  I don't know that I would have the nerve to use this set-up in public, but it's perfect for the backyard.  The birds and squirrels didn't know I was there!  I was only a few feet from the feeder when I took this shot.
