First time af parkrun in eons

Did it on crutches . Walked not ran obvs .

Was very very hard but very verified to be back and the sun creeping up between the trees was glorious .

Was right at the back and you get a totallh different pwespective of the run .

As I was one of the last "runners " taking an hour, the first runner home Was under 18 minutes . He was also only 11 years old !! Wow!!
