'Blowing away the Cobwebs'

I've been on my own all day today...donned my walking boots and had a great walk. The most wonderful day weather wise. Two hour walk and now I have shin splints! They will soon clear once I get my Yoga and Line Dancing back on track.....starting tomorrow!
