massive long appointment at the dentist this morning...new expensive ceramic filling that was designed and made on the spot (bloody expensive) then hygienist. my mouth was open for two bloody hours! I'm completely skint now too.

then work...tried to felt something new and it turned out crap. bit of a waste of time.

then my sister shared a spotify playlist from our youth and that was that for the rest of the day - adding songs and dancing around the kitchen with the kids...brilliant.
