Blackberry Nip

I ran a coaching session tonight and did some one on one which was a great help. We had one visitor and one new runner who has just moved to Timaru originally from california and then Sydney, he is a very talented runner who has run 31:00 for 10 km. Blackberry Nip looked good tonight.
