Deep and crisp and even

A very thick fog hung about all yesterday, it seemed to clear in the evening but is back again this morning with a deep frost. I donned coat, hat and scarf and went out into the park crunching over the grass to get some photos. I like the fog in the early morning or evening when the lights take on a diffused aura, and the old, Victorian buildings look suitably atmospheric.
On another note, our son, daughter in law and two grandchildren travel back from Scotland today, l wish them a safe trip and look forward to seeing them tomorrow night.
