Candlemaking

Joined S and her Mum, Sis & Sis-i-L at Potter Around, near Kirknewton, in a candlemaking session, using wax, scented with essential oils of our choosing and coloured with grated crayons, set into glass jars, under the tutelage of Irene. 

When the wax had solidified we could decorate the jars with stickers and ribbons from Irene's large selection, then she demonstrated how to make a neat triangular box and label for use as a gift. 

It can be a messy business, hence the plastic aprons, but a great afternoon's entertainment.
