From Scratch

Thank you too all those who left lovely messages for my 3 year blip. Blip is a very special place to be indeed!
So proud of the tea I made tonight - everything from scratch; beef burger, soft roll and paprika potato wedges and then TSP worked on the side salad. Without tooting my own horn it was amazing!
I've been trying to come up with some yummy new recipes so that when TSP comes back from his fancy new Edinburgh job, he has an amazing tea to look forward to! Apparently this one can be added to the list.
Had a lovely day with squash again this morning and then visited the Hill of Tarvit which isn't too far from St. Andrews. Lovely house in lovely settings, also well worth a visit!
