Freedom

That's what a woman feels when she tosses away her last remaining stick (having used it to inscribe the word in the sand) on Yellowcraig Beach.

A good and busy day, that included, inter alia, walking up 4 flights of stairs and turning the pedals around on the static bike. We concluded the 'out' bit by going to see C and J in their lovely house on the southside for tea and cake.

The extra (my last remaining one for this year) was taken facing the other way on the beach.
