Santa's Seagull ?

Down at Hackescher Markt and saw this lovely bird .Gosh was it fast on the wing .Something was interesting but each time it got closer , very loud people marched in on the scene . Love the red legs  Maybe the 'helper hat' got blown away ......It never ceases to amaze me that we have so many sea gulls in Berlin .Even though it's quite a trek to the sea .  They always give a great display .
