Swings and Roundabouts

Mrs B and I headed into Edinburgh as a bit of an escape for a wee while and very successful we were too; a new slim-line lap top for Mrs B and a lovely new suit for moi, sharp dressed man don't you know!

A lovely Thai lunch and then back to the station to head for home.

We passed the funfair in Princes Street Gardens all set up for the festive season. Queues for the Skyride next to the Scott Monument were huge, whatever floats your boat or spins your stomach.

Extra - Edinburgh Castle has a rival which looks like more fun :-)
