Back on the Wainwright's
After yesterdays little run, I thought a walk might be possible today, so we tried Blea Rigg, round the back of Easedale Tarn. At only 1750 feet, I thought it would be a gentle intro for the foot.
The walk ended up at just over 9 miles, and some pretty technical terrain on it too. The foot was sore by the end, and I'll need a few days more rest. However, it pushed my total up to 195/214.
The extra is a goldcrest I spotted flitting about a tree. So tiny, I was lucky to see it!
