Speed of Light

This evening we participated in the Speed of Light around Arthur's Seat (under cover of darkness ;o)). This is a bit beyond the capabilities of the iPhone camera, but I hope you can just make out a line of runners heading down towards Hunter's Bog. Can you see the city lights beyond?

We walked around the park and up to the top of Arthur's Seat with lighted staffs to guide us. The walkers made up part of the spectical, too and there were three large groups, so we could watch the walkers behind us making their steady progress in our footsteps. The runners on the slopes of Salisbury Crags were amazing!
