Not exactly what I wanted

I ordered a Christmas Cactus  - looked lovely in the catalogue - didn't expect it to be quite as good as the picture (are they ever?) but I was disappointed with what arrived. There were flowers - 2 lovely full blooms and 14 buds - unfortunately none of them still attached to the plant - they were all in the bottom of the box! The 'care of your plant' instructions advised 'avoid moving the plant as this can cause bud drop' - well they got that right! 
I am just glad that I ordered this for myself - not as a gift to be sent to someone else. Needless to say I have sent an e-mail with pics and comments!
