We had a pretty disturbed night - ZQ woke us at 2am as he was feeling sick. It took me quite a long time to get back to sleep, then Noo emerged from the trench to the safety of our bed. As usual, he used my warm skin to thaw his freezing cold extremities.

I felt a bit ropey this morning due to lack of sleep, but an outing to Bodiam Castle sorted me out. Noo was in his element, of course, and ZQ doesn't mind a castle either.
