Loch nam Beastan

We had a quick run to the town to get a couple of bits and pieces. The intention was to take Caley for a walk on the way down but the weather was so foul at this stage we decided to leave till the return trip.

The delay favoured us and we had a relatively dry walk to Loch nam Beastan with a wee diversion down to the River Lochy. Caley clearly remembers this walk but we think he enjoyed the change of scenery.

There was some organised long distance running event on today, terminating at Torlundy, and the athletes were exposed to some savage driving rain and sleet.
