Hazy Petticoats

The bright day passes
Trailing hazy petticoats 
As she leaves the stage.


After all the festivities a nice quiet day.  Took dog number 2 up to the Ashdown Forest for a run towards the end of the afternoon - thought there might be  a nice sunset  but ended up in the wrong place at the wrong time (as usual!).
 So after getting dog into the car and heading off towards home, took a slight diversion.  Got dog back out of car .... the excitement - two walks in one!!  Managed to catch this hazy mist rolling in under a pink sky  (although my photo doesn't do it justice).   After this the sky turned  blood red ... got one shot (see extra) and then "battery exhausted" - had to admit defeat, get dog back in car and head home....
