Birthday fun

A lazy morning before G's birthday lunch by the Thames. Plenty of prosecco to be had before we headed for a trip up The Shard.

The Shard itself was impressive but poor weather meant we were firmly ensconced amidst the mist on the 69th floor. What to do but make light of it? So there we stood, champagne in hand, admiring the stark, solid, whiteness of the fog. A view to remember that's for sure.
