My Friends

These two are frequent visitors and I confess that I slip them some bread from time to time.  When they bring their friends, basically half the flock, I don't feed them because then the whole flock shows up which is a disaster. These two are very discreet, though.  

As I write this (10:00 PM) the snow in the picture is completely gone since it's been raining most of the day.  That's how it is around here -- the snow never seems to last for long which is okay with me.  Now we have wind and rain.  Who knows what tomorrow will bring.
