Inside and Out

It's not well focused - a bit like my brain.
The desperate need for my solitary walk saw me heading out in the wind and the rain down to the water. I came feeling the better for it.
Some family visiting , nice food , the woodstove creating a bit too much heat - and now chocolate.
Too much of everything.
J is slowly becoming more himself.
