Into the Wind!

Despite the icy winds today, everyone was outdoors. I was on duty at Longshaw and it was busier than I've ever seen it. People who have over-indulged seem to find the bracing fresh winds cathartic. I set off quite early to make a small detour to where I went in search of Waxwings yesterday. My timing was better, because even they were only there for a very short time, I manage to get one half-decent shot. Hoping this is the start of a local Waxwing Winter!
