Mixi-plate

I know I have had quite a few Anna entries over the last couple of weeks, but that is mainly because she is on half days at school until tomorrow. After picking her up we come home for lunch and each day she has requested a mixi-plate (don't even know if that's how you would spell it - never written it down before). The name was coined by a friend of mine several years ago - basically it is just a mixture of lots of things on a plate, pretty much based on what you have in your fridge/cupboards and I'm sure most parents rustle up similar things. Anna thinks mixi-plates are brilliant and every day she has eaten up the whole lot - school must be making her very hungry. By the way, the giant black things are not olives but black grapes - they're almost the size of plums!
