Boxing Day walk...

A nice easy start to the day...as all Boxing Day's should be. Followed by a walk with friends in beautiful sunshine across Hayes Common to Keston Ponds. There were Morris Men dancing outside The Greyhound but there were also hundreds of people too and we could only see the tops of their hats, so we walked on to the ponds before retracing our steps to home.

Buffet lunch, cup of tea and a slice of Christmas cake, wood fire lit...and the night is yet young....!

Off to Sawston, Cambs, tomorrow to see Matthew and Emma, Oliver and Sophia, and Joff and Andrea..a very different day!
