Buzzing

We had a wonderful mild, sunny morning  with honeybees and bumblebees enjoying the winter flowering heather. It was lovely to see them but strange considering it's the end of the year and they should be hibernating. 

This afternoon we went out for a walk around where we used to live. The weather had clouded over by then and was quite chilly and gloomy. We saw quite a few birds including thrushes, chaffinch and a buzzard.
