……well I'm definitely NOT making that up there (it's from a copy of Fanny and Johnnie Craddock's Cookery Programme, Issue 15, pub1970, price 4/6 (22½p)…..the firstborn gave it to me for Christmas 2010 and it's been regular Boxing Day reading ever since;-)), because I'll be having cheese on toast and a tomato salad…...and no paper doily required!
