Boxing day hunt

This morning we decided to go on a boxing day photographic hunt for a kingfisher by the river. No joy. However we stumbled across this Heron. 
I think we will make the Boxing Day photographic hunt a tradition! Better than some other traditional boxing day hunts I feel.  Merry Christmas and Happy boxing day!
