an ace day from start to finish. the girls were delighted with their presents. beth's eyes nearly fell out her head when she saw her black sabbath ticket, she's so pleased. and daisy, bless her, started crying when she opened her still game box set of all things! awww, she loves jack and victor...live in feb too, can't wait for that! peggy was just shrieking at everything and I think the excitement wore her down a wee bit later when she was tired and teary at g's.

we went to pitmedden to see bob and audrey for some much-needed bacon rolls and a bit of wizard of oz...then next stop on the christmas bus was newmachar for present swapping and an ace dinner by g&j.
we played bucket of doom which was hilarious! the stories started off short and sweet and got longer and longer as we went on. at one point dad used every card he had in the one long drunken rambling story which was so funny. wine lips ahoy!

a bit of dancing then singing all the way home - mainly wham in homage to george michael who sadly died today.

ace day...looking forward to a jammie day and some leftovers (thanks john!) tomorrow.
