Christmas Night in the city

Today's been a good, relaxed Christmas day. A good roast beef lunch was enjoyed. The starter wasn't quite right as I bought salmon fillets instead of the sliced stuff... but it wasn't too bad! And we've not had dessert (Boozy Brownie Trifle) yet as we were all too stuffed! 

Presents have been traded and everyone seems very happy with their haul - I know I am! Mine included a dressing gown, milk frother, Metallica and Avenged Sevenfold's latest albums, book, oil burner and lots of other super bits and pieces!

Brian and I went for a walk to burn off some of the calories and I took this shot of the lights in town Another present I got was a tripod for my camera. Perhaps I should have taken it with me!
