I stuck a fresh film in my old camera late morning and went for a wander around the park and down the canal and I'd finished the film by the time I got to Viewforth.

Cooking of the Christmas dinner was then rather interrupted by a two hour power cut and, indeed, as I type, the dinner is still in the oven. Estimated eating time....I dunno, when it's ready. Still, we have beer, crisps and a mountain of mince pies and Quality Street so however this all pans out, I think we'll survive.
