Christmas Eve

Turkey and meats collected early this morning and then a brisk beach walk, it was very cold. Still coughing like mad and the cold wind doesn't help, but nice to see the oystercatchers and dunlins close up.

The diet is officially on hold and we ate Poachers Pie for dinner. One pie was the same amount of calories as I have been eating In a whole day, I am terrified I won't be able to sustain the diet when Christmas is over, so am still inputting the food I eat into my app to maintain the habit at least!

Liam and Sarah arrived about 9pm, shattered they lasted until 10 and then went to bed.

Mr L to pick Daniel and Kazz up in the morning.
