Choppy

After yesterday's trip across the Highlands, we made it to our destination on the shores of Loch Fyne and were received as ever with tremendous warmth and hospitality by my dear sister and her family. (If she's reading this, that should be good for a few extra sprouts tomorrow ;)

This morning we'd expected to be in the eye of the storm and had planned a day out, but after thunder and lightning, hail and wind - please note the boat sitting "peacefully" at anchor in the loch! - we decided it was better to stay cosy inside. By around midday, though, things had calmed down and we got out for a walk.
