Destined...

to be included in a Christmas berry dessert one of my granddaughters is planning on making tomorrow.  In the past our Christmas food was always very much in the English tradition with a big hot roast dinner but these days it's much more relaxed and being summer (supposedly! - looks good for tomorrow)) a number of people choose to have BBQ's, while others may have picnics, but for us and many of our friends it's  a mixture of traditional fare combined with beautiful seasonal summer delicacies and enjoying the company of friends and family.  Best wishes to you all for a very Happy Christmas
