railway workshops

The old railway yards and workshops in Midland were derelict and crumbling for years and now are getting a facelift.
A super duper Police facility has been created in some of the beautifully bricked buildings, the area has been landscaped with street art and trees and Midland, once to be avoided if at all possible, is getting a new lease on life.

I love the 'wave' tops on this building and the deciduous trees against the corrugated iron.
