working from home again today so dragged myself out on the mountain bike first thing to make the most of it. Still can't make it up the steep path without taking a breather (two today in fact). Someday...

When I got home I noticed blood running down my leg from an injury I hadn't even noticed. Very strange. I'm either incredibly hard or just not paying enough attention.
