Flower Friday

I thought i had better capture the frost this morning one last time before it melted as it was predicted to rise above zero. I went for a walk along the forest road where I got pelted with daggers of ice. I thought it was falling from the trees but it was actually snow, or a version thereof. I turned back then but i did get some lovely shots before then. This photo is a frosty Erica just before it slid off the window sill with the weight of the ice.
The temperature did get above zero for a couple of hours but there are still a few patches of snow to qualify as a white Christmas tomorrow
