The Indignity.

Normal Friday shopping routine, followed by a visit to the Garden Emporium with the intention of Blipping the annual visit of the donkeys from the Borders Sanctuary; Felix and Freda visit every year for a holiday and to raise funds for their home. There they were – gone. Went home yesterday, without even saying goodbye; all that is left is this discarded enamelled sign imploring us to visit.
 
Actually, they’re a bugger to photograph; they won’t stay still and it’s impossible to avoid a distracting background.
